We have lived in our current house in Pinelands, Cape Town for the past 29 years.

When we bought the house, the garden was like a sand-bowl with a few trees and a patchy lawn. We have both enjoyed developing the floral and herbal garden into the abundant, fertile oasis that it is today.

David does all the day-to-day maintenance of the house and pool himself, and only calls in the specialists when the job requires them.

The house is filled with mementos and pictures, collected over the years, each recalling pleasant memories, which are thus precious to us.

When we go away, we ensure that our home is left in the care of those we trust completely, and strive to provide the same peace of mind for those for whom we house-sit.
